Texmo Precision Castings is delighted to announce a historic achievement for all of us. We have signed an agreement with Feinguss Blank, a market leader in investment castings. Our company has acquired a majority stake in Feinguss Blank to create a new group that will operate under the name Texmo Blank.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The completion of this agreement will create a group that has manufacturing capabilities in Asia, Europe, and the US. Texmo Blank will have the best combination of process competencies, latest technologies, long-standing expertise in the industry, and a passion for excellence.

The Texmo Blank group has over 130 years of combined experience and marks a synergy of two companies that have remarkably similar history, and corporate culture. Both Feinguss Blank and Texmo Precision Castings are family-run companies with a reputation for being employee-centric.
