We’re currently updating our Warsaw, Indiana facility, which includes the fabrication of a new burn-out/pre-heat oven, produced by Buhrt Engineering in Warsaw. Once complete, the fabricated shell will be transported to the Chicago area, where it will be thermally lined before being delivered back to our facility. The new furnace will save us in excess of 35% in fuel costs, incorporating a flue gas treatment system which will make it one of the most environmentally friendly burn-out furnaces in the industry.

In addition, we have also very recently replaced our de-waxing equipment.

Both equipment upgrades are part of the overall facilities upgrade that will be carried out in 2016. These upgrades will provide improvements to process control with the added advantage of factory space optimization and energy efficiency.
